Q. How Can I Cancel My Order?
Made to order: We start manufacturing Our items in the next business day, so you will need to contact us quickly.

In stock items:
Our items are prepared for delivery sometime during the next business day, so you will need to contact us quickly.

We can not accept cancellations once your order has started in the manufacturing process 24 hours after the purchase. Please still contact us, we will do our best to help you out.

Q. My Order Hasn't Arrived. I Think It's Lost?
If you think your order has been delayed or has not arrived on the stipulated date please Contact Us and we will start an investigation with the delivery team.

Q. Do You Deliver All Of The Products Within My Order At The Same Time?
Most of the time we will deliver your items in the same group. However, if there is an extremely high demand for an item you ordered, it may arrive later than the other item(s) you ordered. We will keep you updated at all times.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, Credit Cards. We also accept payments through Bank Deposits and EFTs

Q. Are Your Prices Inclusive Of Tax?
No, it will be automatically calculated into our product prices.

Q. Where Is My Refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after returning the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

If you want to edit or change your order please notify us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes or cancellations (24 hours after the order).
